1Overview & Purpose

This Privacy Policy describes how I Khodal Truss & Light (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application (I KHODAL Business) and our web management portal located at https://ikhodal-business-app.vercel.app.

The Application is an internal operational management tool designed exclusively for managing event stage setups, trusses, lighting equipment inventory, customer inquiries, bookings, quotations, tax invoices, and payment records.

2Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to perform business operations, maintain client records, and deliver real-time operational notifications:

A. Account & Authentication Data

Business staff accounts are authenticated via email address and encrypted password credentials managed securely through Supabase Auth. We do not provide public anonymous accounts.

B. Customer & Event Booking Information

When creating inquiries, bookings, or events, authorized business users record: customer name, contact phone number, optional email address, company or organizer name, event type (e.g. Wedding, Concert, Corporate), event date, and venue or location details.

C. Financial & Billing Records

To generate estimates, tax invoices, and payment receipts, the application stores quotation items, invoice amounts, advance payments, security deposits, payment methods (Cash, UPI, Cheque, Bank Transfer), transaction dates, and remaining balances. We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or bank account passwords.

D. Push Notification Tokens & Device Data

To deliver mission-critical event reminders, low equipment stock warnings, and payment alerts, the application collects Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens and browser Web Push subscription endpoints. These tokens do not contain personal identity data and are used solely to deliver notifications.

E. Contact Picker (Optional)

The application includes an optional system contact selector to allow users to select a customer name and phone number from their device to populate an invoice or booking without manual typing. The app does not access, read, or upload your entire contact book.

3No Advertising & No Third-Party Tracking

We respect your privacy and data sovereignty:

  • We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade any personal or business data.
  • We do NOT integrate advertising networks or display third-party advertisements.
  • We do NOT use behavioral tracking SDKs, analytics profilers, or cross-app tracking cookies.

4Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

We rely only on reputable cloud service providers strictly for application hosting, secure data storage, and notification dispatch:

    Supabase (PostgreSQL Database & Auth): Secure database hosting with Row-Level Security (RLS) and encryption at rest and in transit.
  • ▪
    Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging): Delivers encrypted push notifications to registered Android devices.
  • ▪
    Vercel: Cloud application hosting with TLS/HTTPS enforcement.
  • ▪
    Resend: Used strictly for operational email communications and alerts.

5Data Security & Retention

All communications between the Android application and cloud servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Database access is protected by Supabase service-role keys and row-level security policies.

We retain business records (invoices, bookings, equipment inventory) for as long as necessary to maintain accurate financial accounting, comply with applicable tax regulations, and fulfill service agreements.

6User Rights & Data Deletion Request Process

We comply with Google Play user data safety policies and applicable privacy laws. Authorized users and customers have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of their personal data.

How to Request Account or Data Deletion:

To request permanent deletion of your account, contact details, or associated business records:

  1. Send an email or message to our official support contact with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Specify the customer name, phone number, or account email you wish to have removed.
  3. Upon verification of authorization, our technical team will purge the requested records and device push notification tokens from Supabase within 30 business days, except records required to be retained by applicable accounting and tax laws.
